By 7:30 AM, I’m heading to my first call in Sheffield. An elderly couple’s furnace stopped working overnight. After a thorough inspection, I discover a failed ignitor – a common issue during the cold Alabama winters. Within an hour, their home is warming up again.
Mid-Morning Service
The next stop takes me to Muscle Shoals for a routine maintenance check. Regular maintenance helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, and I spend time:

- Testing thermostat functionality
- Inspecting electrical connections
- Cleaning vital components
Afternoon Installation
After lunch, I head to Florence for a complete furnace replacement. These jobs typically take several hours, but the satisfaction of providing a family with reliable heating makes it worthwhile.
Late Afternoon Wrap-Up
Before heading back to headquarters in Tuscumbia, I complete one final service call in Killen. It’s rewarding knowing that throughout the Shoals area, families are staying warm thanks to our team’s dedication to quality service.
