The day starts early at Home Energy Center, where I grab my first cup of coffee and review the service schedule for the day. Our dispatch team has already organized the route to maximize efficiency across the Nashville area.

First Service Call – 8:00 AM

My first stop is a routine maintenance check in Belle Meade. As a company that’s been serving the community for over 40 years, we’ve maintained some HVAC systems through multiple generations of homeownership. Today’s inspection includes:

  • Filter replacement
  • Thermostat calibration
  • Ductwork inspection
  • System performance testing

Emergency Call – 11:30 AM

Mid-morning brings an urgent call from a local business with a malfunctioning cooling system. In Tennessee’s summer heat, this requires immediate attention. These situations remind me why preventative maintenance is so crucial.

Lunch Break – 1:00 PM

Quick lunch in the service van while updating service records and checking the afternoon schedule.

Afternoon Installation – 2:00 PM

The afternoon involves installing a new energy-efficient system for a growing family in Green Hills. It’s rewarding to help customers reduce their energy costs while improving their home comfort.

End of Day – 5:30 PM

Back at headquarters, I complete paperwork, restock the service van, and prepare for tomorrow. It’s been another satisfying day of helping our neighbors stay comfortable in their homes and businesses.
